Return Address Stamp

We officially have five full days left in Memphis, including today. YIKES!  Still so much to do, but we are making progress.  Since I have moving on the brain, all I can think about is painting, decorating and organizing the new place in Charlotte.  So excited to start that process again with a clean slate.

One thing that has been on my mind for months is a return address stamp.  This might seem trivial, but I have wanted one forever!  Especially after I had to write wedding thank you's--and after writing a heart-felt note, the last thing my hand wanted to do was write our return address.  #lazy.

So, although I have been pining after a stamp, I could never justify buying one simply because moving was a possibility every year.  But now I am just getting over that, because I found some for $16.90 on Etsy.  This specific stamp design comes from the seller limoli.  The store has a wide variety of designs, some classic and simple looks, and some more modern.  Still not sure which one I will buy...

It's Moving Time

It's here, I can't believe it.  We have known since Christmas that this day would come, but the months have gone by too fast.  Our moving date was moved up a month due to various reasons, now we are scrambling to pack and get everything ready by June 1st...YIKES!  I've been reading up about organized moving, and found some good advice.

This And That

It's been too long since my last post, so here is an update of what's been going on....

We went to Charlotte last weekend and stopped in Chattanooga.  We ate breakfast at the Bluegrass Grill.

On the way home, we ran out of gas on the highway....womp, womp.

On The Road Again

Andrew and I started a fairly new tradition, which I have mentioned in a previous post.  Now, when we go on a trip, we buy a new CD!  It helps us remember our trip, and create memories together. This weekend we head to Charlotte, NC to look for places to live...come June when we leave Memphis.

:(

Here's what we are thinking so far....

The Devil Wears J.Crew

Are you a J.Crew fan?  I'm personally a lover of all things J.Crew.

I recently stumbled across this article in Fast Company magazine about Jenna Lyons, the President and Executive Creative Director of J.Crew.  It was fascinating to read about her story and how she had helped transform J.Crew into the brand that it is.  I highly recommend the article, especially if you are a J. Crew shopper.
